Hoto Villas is located in Sveta Nedelja, a picturesque green corner of the county. It is only a fifteen-minute drive from Zagreb.

It has excellent traffic connections, linked to the capital city via the Zagreb–Ljubljana highway and a fast city street. It takes 15 minutes to get to the city, the same amount of time to get to the airport, and only half that time to the Slovenian border. Buses regularly drive to Zagreb and stop right in front of the community, while a railway connection is planned for the future.
