Due to the fact that all the properties in the community have a usage and building permit and all other necessary documentation, each of our buyers can decide which bank they choose to help finance the purchase of their apartment or house. The entire community is insured by an insurance company, allowing our buyers to obtain a restriction on transferability in favor of the bank-creditor, thus allowing additional savings.
