A modern, organized neighborhood like the Hoto Villas community must satisfy all the needs of its residents, in order to truly offer them the feeling of life in a small town.
Keeping
this in mind, from the very start the community had a multipurpose business-service
building to take care of all the residents needs – we called it Hoto
Center.
Hoto Center has the concept of a
bright and spacious three-story building that contains a wide pedestrian
street filled with shops, restaurants, boutiques and many other things
to make life easier and pleasant. The atrium is surrounded by a striking
row of trees and the main square with a fountain meant for relaxing.
The underground floor contains a parking area for one hundred vehicles,
in addition to surface parking in front of Hoto Center.
