Living in Zagreb has always meant living in the very midst of events. It is a city where a brave future is evolving on the foundation of history. It is a city that will always accept the waves of new trends and ingrain them into its eternal core of urban life.

It has always been this way; Zagreb has always been first to try out new things and its rich history proves to us that it was brave enough to undertake changes in its shape and appearance. For thousands of years, Zagreb has bore witness to the creation, strengthening and then oblivion of social values and norms which would always find their way to new, brave and modern thoughts. It is this idea of change that makes our city, especially its centre, a more lively, modern and dynamic place to live.

Today Zagreb needs change in order to remain a place of modern living. Its life, the life of its citizens, need space to grow. We need new places, new verticals and new polygons for creativity! There is space for the future, even in its centre.

Cvjetni will be one of these places, a modern interpolation made for pleasant living, in an area that has been dormant for a long time, completely alone, covered by the dust of centuries and the sleepy views of nostalgists.

Cvjetni consists of three basic units, each of which can also be further divided. The first part is the ground area, which is conceived as a public space with wide, modern, covered and air-conditioned streets surrounded by shops, boutiques, restaurants, café-bars and other things to improve the quality of living for all citizens of Zagreb.

The second unit, situated right above street level, is a residential block with luxurious apartments overlooking Cvjetni Square and an inner, open park that decorates the area of Cvjetni in an inner city block tradition. The magnificent Zagreb Crystals stand above the two floors of apartments. These are five penthouses, the embodiment of elegance, luxury and hedonism the likes of which Zagreb has not yet seen.

The third unit is connected with the first two; underground garages that will be used by both visitors of the public space with the shopping area and the tenants of the residential complex.
