If you enter the ground floor of Cvjetni through one of its entrances or from the underground garage, you will find yourself in the middle of a wide, public, covered street swarming with passersby, enjoying the displays of the carefully selected boutiques and shops which offer Zagreb all the necessities of a modern metropolitan city.

Some sip coffee in a picturesque café bar or are getting ready to enjoy a meal in one of the gourmet getaways within Cvjetni. Head towards the east and you will see a large funnel from our covered street which elegantly blends into the lively area of Cvjetni Square. Towards the south you are led into a discreet exit onto Varšavska Street, and through a detailed development plan we will make an opening towards the north, with a little passageway leading onto Ilica. This will literally make this public space a crossroads in the real traditional meaning of a meeting place.
