If coming to Cvjetni by car, we suggest you turn right onto Varšavska Street.
A discreet entrance into an underground
parking complex will appear before you, a low access path that disappears
underground after twenty meters into Varšavska Street. It is surrounded
by green plants and tall trees that blend into the vision of the old
street completely discreet and without imposing. The only way you will
know it is there is the fact that Varšavska will not longer be cluttered
with illegally parked cars. When entering the underground, two floors
with parking places will open before you, elevators connecting the underground
complex with the street, apartments on the luxurious floors above you,
and if you are very lucky – with your apartment in the Crystal penthouse
on the very top of Cvjetni. In this case the elevator is yours alone,
and will be located right beside your very own private garage space.
The underground garage of Cvjetni is equipped to hold four hundred automobiles –meaning that this number of cars will be taken off the streets of the Lower Town, thus giving the city centre back to pedestrians.
